Of course I'm winging about real life tv programs.
It is one of the easiest things to 'Slag Off'.
Reality tv about exhibitionists farting, sleeping and eating their breakfast
cereal. Grippinig stuff.
But it seems to be popular.

Flashing, Spitting, Whirling
Is it me or is everything speeding up so much we cant catch our breath?
Everything is so quick. Constant movement.
You tune in for the news and we see flashes of old news, scrambled presenters, split seconds of disasters with a background of " How Good is this" .
Meaningless  graphics now  fill the first third  of the program and at every 'ad break'
Yes it is mesmerising but prefoundly annoying.
Tune into a movie and you could get seasick as you watch.  Cameras spinning round the actors, zooming in and out.
Also the hype and fast movements.
Whoever started the wobbly handheld shot syndrom? My poor brain is already
trying to remain calm in this race course of life.

Media Critic
The ton of empty pages the media have to fill every weekend is amazing.
16 to 20 sections.  You need a truck to get it home.
Where can they get all these riviting stories?
Spouting off 1000 words on the ineptitude of the police or the poor quality
of our knives.  Or here is a better one 2000 words about my wobbly shopping trolley.
I think at one time the media wanted to inform and educate us but now they are after the numbers.
Each trying to outdo each other.
I blame it all on the prizes they give out.  The media is so far up its own bottom it cant get enough of itself.
Now endless empty headed drival  but do we read it?  You bet!

Rolling News
Once upon a time your newspaper used to contain actual news! Now there is a
quaint idea.
tv news, podcast news, internet news, news flashed out to your mobile every
10 minutes.
Rolling news they call it. Well news doesnt happen every 10 minutes. Bugger
all interesting news anyway. Mrs Smith may have lost her cat up a tree or
it might be raining but does that warrent a news flash? No news doesnt roll
but dribbles.
And everything now is 'hyper' to make it seem interesting. Special Reports,
Serious crisis, Special Investigation, Fateful day, profound insight,
inferno (not fire).
The print has no chance it is always at least 4 hours behind.
Impossible so they go about trying to compete by manufacturing the most
titilating, horrifying and amusing lies to titilate the readers.
Course the major issues are nationlism and sex. All edited with extremist
views.
tv is not better. Oceans of hours to fill, produced by half wits for half
wits.
Each trying to outdo each other with their efforts at personality
destruction. What is 'celebrityness?" . The hunt is on for new faces. So
they have to resort to slagging off some inept unknown model's sister!! And
later an hours program looking around their house! Assuming someone must be
interested.
